Through asanas associated with the fourteen meridians of Chinese medicine, we refine alignment and expand range of motion — supported by resistance/PNF stretching, shiatsu, and Thai Yoga Massage. Along the way, we explore the key acupressure release points of each meridian and learn how to dissolve deep-seated tension at its source. As we release the tensions held within the body, we discover something profound: a natural alignment of body, mind, and soul.
