Anusara Yoga is a heart-centered style that weaves together precise biomechanical alignment with an uplifting philosophy rooted in Tantric wisdom.

What sets it apart is its foundation in five Universal Principles of Alignment, a clear, systematic roadmap that applies to every pose, making the practice both accessible to beginners and deeply rewarding for experienced practitioners.

Rather than offering pose-by-pose instructions, these principles create an intelligent, transferable framework that supports the body from the ground up, cultivating strength, openness, and ease in equal measure.

Anusara’s distinctive blend of anatomical rigor, philosophical depth, and an emphasis on inner beauty and grace makes it one of the most comprehensive and transformative styles of yoga available today.

In this workshop, you will:
• Explore the five Universal Principles of Alignment through guided practice and direct experience
• Understand how biomechanical intelligence and heart-centered philosophy support each other
• Walk away with a clear, transferable framework you can apply to any style of yoga
• Connect anatomical principles with the deeper philosophy that makes Anusara unique
• As a student or a teacher, learn how to apply alignment principles as a roadmap for creating more integrative strength + freedom
