Prepare for the holiday season with a powerful Kundalini Yoga practice featuring the transformative “Meditation for a Calm Heart.” We’ll begin with dynamic movement and strong breathwork to awaken the Kundalini energy, followed by mudras and inner locks (bandhas) to channel this elevated pranic energy toward inner radiance and higher consciousness. The session will culminate in “Meditation for a Calm Heart,” a breath meditation focused on the heart center (4th chakra), which reduces stress while nurturing calmness and “loving-kindness” for ourselves and others.
