After attending three different studios for teacher training info sessions, the Yoga of Energy Flow Teacher Training just felt perfect for me. In addition to the structure, organization, and alignment focus, it was heart-centered, grounded, and authentic.

For an in-person open house join us on Monday, September 15th, 6:00-7:00 pm, at the Boston University Fit/Rec Center, 915 Comm Ave, Boston. We’ll begin with a short yoga practice followed by a Q&A session about the upcoming teacher training. It’s a great opportunity to meet the instructors, ask questions, and get a feel for the program.
