300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Arlington MA

Yoga of Energy Flow 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
An Eleven-Month Journey
Into The Ancient And Sacred Art of Yoga

August 28th, 2026 – June 6, 2027

The discriminating yogi and yogini will be impressed by this extraordinary yoga teacher training.
Extremely well organized, magnificently yet compassionately taught, with first-rate guest teachers,
this program manages to convey great joy, wisdom, and energy to its participants.
Barbara F, Arlington, MA

The Yoga of Energy Flow 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training brings all aspects of yoga to deeper levels of experience, understanding, and application, welcoming both working teachers and dedicated practitioners who are ready to go further.

If you are a teacher, you will expand your skills, encounter new methodologies, and return to your students with fresh material and renewed inspiration. If you are a practitioner coming for personal growth, you will find your understanding of this ancient art transformed at its roots. Both paths are equally honored here.

Over eleven immersive months, you will encounter yoga’s classical philosophy, its therapeutic power, its energetic intelligence, and its most sophisticated methodologies — and carry all of it forward into your life, your practice, and wherever your path leads. Each monthly weekend immersion is thematically focused, carefully curated, and led by a faculty of master teachers. Between gatherings, two live Zoom sessions per month sustain your studies, your practice, and your growing community.

Not Videos. Not Public Classes. 270 Live Contact Hours.
Many 300-hour trainings count pre-recorded videos and public classes toward their contact-hour requirements, a practice that technically meets Yoga Alliance guidelines but falls short of what students deserve. This training stands apart: every one of its 270 hours is spent in direct contact with master teachers. That is not a small thing. It is where knowledge becomes wisdom.

Upon completion, you will be eligible for the RYT-500 designation: Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level.

This is not simply a credential. It is a transformation. ~ Prerequisite: completion of a 200-hour RYT program.

Five-star rating, with 191 reviews on Yoga Alliance.   Our Graduates.

This teacher training begins in August 2026, meets once per month for 11 months, and concludes in June 2027.
All sessions will be held at The Arlington Center, 369 Mass Ave, Arlington, MA
