200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
A Journey into Yoga and The Energy Body
November 8 – June 7, 2026
The Zen Loft ~ Bridgewater, MA
Maureen Hancock, Daniel Orlansky, and Jennifer Yarro bring over 90 years of experience in yoga and the healing arts
to a 200-hour training that blends Hatha Yoga with the wisdom of the chakras, meridians, and
ancient energy practices for modern teaching and personal transformation.
The Yoga of Energy Flow 200-Hour Teacher Training is a comprehensive and transformative program that blends the physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of yoga into one integrated path. More than a teacher training, it is a personal journey of awakening, where the practice of yoga becomes a living experience that will transform not only how you move and breathe, but how you live, connect, and share.
At the heart of this training is Hatha Yoga, where breath, movement, and alignment create a moving meditation. What makes this program unique is its equal emphasis on the pranamaya kosha (the energy body)and the many ways we can awaken and expand its vitality. From the yoga mat to ancient energy practices, you will learn how to cultivate and guide prana for healing, vitality, and transformation.
Upon successful completion of the training, students will be fully prepared to teach hatha yoga classes and will graduate with a well-rounded understanding of yoga asana, pranayama, anatomy of the physical and energy bodies, Asian bodywork and movement arts, hands-on assisting, yogic philosophy, mudras, and meditation techniques. The Yoga Alliance of America approves this 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Students who complete this training are qualified to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level (RYT 200).
A Multidimensional Curriculum
This training provides a strong foundation in yoga asana, alignment, anatomy, teaching methodology, and yogic philosophy while also integrating powerful energy-based practices rarely found in a 200-hour training. You will explore:
• Asana & Alignment: Safe, effective, and creative sequencing for vinyasa-style classes.
• Energetic Anatomy: Deep study of the chakras, nadis, and koshas, alongside the Chinese meridian system.
• Energy Practices Beyond the Mat: Meridian tapping, Medical Qigong, Shiatsu, Thai Yoga Massage, and sound healing.
• Pranayama & Meditation: Tools to cultivate awareness, balance, and resilience.
• Hands-On Assisting: Confidently guide students into alignment with compassionate touch.
• Philosophy & Lifestyle: Rooted in classical texts and applied to modern living.
• Teaching Methodology: Voice, presence, sequencing, and how to hold transformative space.
• Graduates leave this program with the skills to design and lead dynamic classes, a profound understanding of yoga as an energetic art, and the ability to empower others on their own path of transformation.
