~ Join Daniel Orlansky to recharge body, mind, and spirit before the busy season begins. ~

As the days grow shorter and the holidays approach, this practice invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner light. Through breathwork, flowing meditative yoga, Qigong, and stillness, we’ll prepare body and mind to meet the holidays with grounded energy, clarity, and ease. We will renew the warmth and radiance that sustain us through winter’s stillness.

The experience culminates in Circle of Fire, a powerful three-part pranayama sequence that energizes the lower chakras, supports digestion and elimination, and enhances overall vitality. Practiced regularly, this breathwork becomes a catalyst for deeper meditation and a more empowered yoga journey—an inner flame to guide you through the turning of the year.

Open to all levels—beginners, seasoned practitioners, yoga teachers, and healers alike.

Yoga and Qigong Immersion: The Dance of Heaven and Earth
A Four-Day Immersion for yoga teachers, dedicated students, and healing arts practitioners

Cultivate Strength, Flexibility, and Peace of Mind—Through the Integration of Yoga and Qigong

Yoga and Qigong are two powerful traditions that climb the same mountain of self-awareness, ultimately offering the practitioner a glimpse of the same luminous “one moon” of higher consciousness. In this 4-day, 20-hour immersion, join Daniel Orlansky, founder of Yoga of Energy Flow and director of yoga teacher training at Boston University, for an in-depth exploration of how to integrate the dynamic strength and flexibility of yoga with the meditative fluidity of qigong. Drawing on the Taoist principle of wu wei (“effortless action”), you’ll learn how to balance yin and yang, heaven and earth, sun and moon, and masculine and feminine energies. Open to all levels, this immersion offers students tools to enhance physical vitality, balance energy, and cultivate inner stillness. For yoga teachers, Daniel will share practical resources to help you weave these complementary practices into your classes and expand your teaching repertoire.

What You’ll Learn:
• Pranayama and qigong breathing techniques to enhance life energy
• Golden Lotus, Swimming Dragon, and other qigong practices to open and balance the meridians
• How to bring meditative fluidity into yoga flow sequences
• Meridian tapping to activate the 14 meridians, six energy gates, and three dan tians (energy centers)
• Techniques for grounding, centering, and improving mental clarity
• Principles for creating balanced, energetically intelligent sequences that combine yoga and qigong

This immersion is designed for students of all levels, yoga teachers, and healing arts practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of energy-based movement. Handouts and resources will be provided, and participants will receive a certificate of completion for 20 training hours, which may be applied toward continuing education through Yoga Alliance.

Discover vibrant vision and inner clarity to not only see better, but to see life more fully.

In today’s fast-paced, screen-saturated, and stress-filled world, our eyes are under greater strain than ever before. From digital fatigue and dry eye to conditions such as myopia, presbyopia, macular degeneration, cataracts, and glaucoma, visual health is challenged not only by aging but also by nutrient-poor diets, blue light exposure, toxins, and chronic stress.

Join Dr. Rani Banik, MD, an integrative neuro-ophthalmologist, Dr. Marc Grossman, OD, LAc, a pioneer in holistic and behavioral optometry, and Daniel Orlansky, MA, a yoga and qigong teacher and creator of Meridian Yoga, for a transformative program that unites the best of Eastern and Western wisdom to promote lifelong clarity of sight and balance of body, mind, and spirit.

Through a combination of discussion, guided practice, and experiential learning, you’ll explore how lifestyle, movement, and mindset directly affect your eyes and overall well-being. Topics include:
• The impact of modern lifestyle stressors—including digital overexposure, blue light, environmental toxins, and adrenal fatigue—on visual function and ocular surface health.
• An overview of key ocular conditions such as myopia, presbyopia, dry eye, AMD, cataracts, and glaucoma, and how they can be addressed holistically through nutrition, movement, and energetic balance.
• The essential role of ocular nutrition—macular carotenoids, antioxidants, omega-3s, and bioflavonoids—in protecting against oxidative stress and inflammation.
• Insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including acupuncture points, meridian theory, and the liver-eye connection that supports healthy vision.
• The power of breathwork, visualization, and stress modulation to shift the nervous system from overdrive to deep restoration, essential for ocular circulation and cellular repair.

You’ll also experience the best of Eastern and Western methods for improving eye health through gentle yoga stretches, qigong-inspired movements, and eye exercises designed to release tension, enhance circulation, and support visual clarity. Learn the 4 B’s of eye health—simple daily practices to rest, rejuvenate, and strengthen your eyes—and discover acupressure and self-massage techniques you can use anytime.

Combining science and spirituality, movement and mindfulness, this immersive workshop offers a holistic roadmap to vibrant vision and inner clarity, helping you not only see better, but to see life more fully.
