500-Hour Yoga Training

The Yoga of Energy Flow 500-hour Teacher Training will bring all the aspects of yoga to more profound places of experience, understanding, and application for teachers and interested students alike. We will focus particularly on Yoga as A Living Practice, basing our studies on yoga as a path to health, happiness, and wholeness.

Weekly 2½ hour classes with Daniel Orlansky and leading local yoga teachers will highlight different aspects of yoga philosophy, practice, and lifestyle, allowing an in-depth approach to the growing body of knowledge that is yoga.

Weekend immersions will be concerned with the pertinent and practical subjects of advanced asana alignment, vinyasa flow sequencing, pranayama, meditation, yoga therapeutics and anatomy, the art of hands-on assists, and yoga nidra.

Embedded in the training will be individual options to extend some of the weekend immersions to obtain certification in Meridian Yoga, Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga massage, and Yoga Nidra. These certifications will be guided by some of the best teachers of these subjects in America.

Our internationally acclaimed staff includes Doug Keller, Barbara Benagh, Kate Greer, Liz Owen, Jennifer Reis, John Churchill, Jennifer Yarro, Aaron Cantor, Carrie Tyler, and Ame Wren.
